About the Client:

RTC-1 Employment Services is one of the largest distributors of renowned international brands specializing in compressed air, steam, and industrial automation in Dubai. They are currently seeking a Sales Engineer who will focus on developing business opportunities and managing sales processes.

Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets. This role involves providing technical support and solutions related to compressed air, steam systems, and automation products. You will conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products to potential and existing clients. Additionally, you will address customer inquiries, offer after-sales support, and maintain strong client relationships. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities will also be essential to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Northern Emirates.

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Achieve or exceed sales targets.

Technical Support:

Provide clients with technical support and solutions regarding compressed air, steam systems, and automation products.

Conduct site visits to assess client needs and offer appropriate product solutions.

Client Engagement:

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.

Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Report findings to inform and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Nationality: Open to UAE nationals.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in the UAE with a basic understanding of technical and mechanical concepts from industrial machines or equipment.

Licenses: Must have a valid UAE driving license and family book.

Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
