Job Opportunity: Sales Director – Technology

Charterhouse is working in partnership with an IT services and consulting company to hire a Sales Director to lead their team across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 10-15 sales and pre-sales consultants across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.

Focus on the GCC region, targeting enterprise-level clients.

Work closely with the GM to set targets and execute strategies to expand the customer base.

Focus on four key areas: business growth, customer engagement and experience, team growth and development, and financial planning.

Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring they understand the company's model and are equipped to negotiate and close deals with both new and existing clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of experience selling IT Infrastructure, Digital Transformation Solutions, Managed Services, IT Service Integration, or Service Sales in the UAE.

Integrated systems sales background with a network/portfolio of enterprise and government clients across the UAE and GCC.

Previous experience managing teams with 10+ consultants, with an understanding of Sales and Pre-Sales.

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with C-suite executives regularly.

Arabic speaking skills are an added advantage.

Salary:

AED 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
