 Role Overview – The Sales Director will lead sales strategies, manage key client accounts, and drive revenue growth across the organization. This role requires strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.

Business Development – Identify new market opportunities, target clients, and develop strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.

Team Leadership – Manage and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Performance Monitoring – Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

Strategy Implementation – Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance the company’s market position.
