Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Provide guidance and support to sales agents, assisting them in closing deals, negotiating contracts, and overcoming challenges.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.
Stay informed about current market conditions, property values, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand business connections.
Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize profitability and ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with real estate databases and tools.
UAE driving license and own transportation.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence.
