Role Overview

The Sales Director at Toyar Forest will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans to meet the company’s goals and drive revenue growth across the UAE and GCC markets. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust sales strategies aimed at expanding market share, boosting revenue, and achieving company targets within the UAE and GCC regions.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment to enhance overall team performance.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and adjust strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.

Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost-efficient operations.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a strong focus on the UAE and GCC markets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
