Agiloft

Sales Development Representative – Remote

Job Description

Agiloft is building out its Sales Development Representative team to support an ambitious growth agenda, and is looking for driven, curious, and commercially minded individuals who are ready to launch or advance their careers in enterprise software sales from wherever they are based. As the trusted global leader in Data-First Contract Lifecycle Management, Agiloft's platform connects contractual commitments to real business outcomes, boasting a 99.6% implementation success rate and a 97% customer retention rate, making it a compelling platform to sell and a credible name to represent. This is a fully remote role for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt, takes pride in building pipeline, and wants to grow into a high-earning enterprise sales career mentored by experienced and proven professionals.

In this role, you will work within a close-knit remote team to develop and execute a lead generation plan designed to meet or exceed pipeline quota targets. You will conduct strategic outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social media to generate new pipeline opportunities, while also qualifying inbound leads arriving through the website and other digital channels. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for delivering qualified leads, booked introductions, and demo opportunities to a highly motivated sales team. Daily CRM activity in Salesforce is expected, including updating accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities in line with sales department best practices. You will maintain close collaboration with account executives on territory and account-level planning, and keep management informed through timely reporting and communication, all within a fully remote working environment that values independence and accountability equally.

The ideal candidate brings one to two years of lead generation experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of generating qualified opportunities through outbound outreach across phone, email, and social platforms. Experience in contract management, ITSM, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise B2B applications is preferred. You are results-driven, persistent in the face of rejection, and genuinely excited by the process of identifying and engaging prospects who want to learn more. The ability to work independently and manage your own time and output in a remote setting is essential, as is a self-starter mindset that does not require close supervision to stay productive and focused. Strong written and oral communication skills are expected, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar sales engagement tools is a meaningful advantage.

Agiloft offers a comprehensive US benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, supplemental life insurance, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) with company match, flexible paid vacation, paid parental leave, and voluntary benefits including pet insurance. You will join a company that has helped nearly 1,000 global organisations over more than three decades, now backed by global investment firm KKR following a majority stake acquisition in May 2024, and well positioned for continued expansion.
