Duties & Responsibilities:

TECH GROUP is seeking a diligent and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

Record invoice information and manage product quantities to ensure accurate customer invoicing.

Compile sales invoices, revenue, and tax information for internal and external reporting.

Customer Management:

Manage customer vouchers, invoices, and contracts.

Act as the point of contact for client accounts, maintaining and nurturing client relationships effectively.

Stock Coordination:

Coordinate stock records with the storekeeper to ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Reconcile debtor accounts and manage payment transactions to maintain financial accuracy.

Sales Reporting:

Report on sales performance to the Head of Business, providing insights and analysis.

Compile and present sales data to support strategic decision-making.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar Sales Coordinator role, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
