About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, with a focus on reporting, verification, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and maintain accurate daily reports for management review and decision-making

Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) verification processes

Perform call verification procedures to ensure quality and compliance

Create and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports

Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements and company policies

Support sales team with administrative and coordination tasks

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of work experience in the UAE

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in telecom or banking industry

Knowledge of KYC processes and compliance requirements

Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis

Background in sales support or coordination
