Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sheraton. The ideal candidate will support our sales department in achieving revenue goals while maintaining exceptional service standards and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with administrative duties and coordination of sales activities

Handle sales inquiries and correspondence professionally and promptly

Maintain and update the sales database and client records

Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents

Coordinate site inspections and client meetings

Process sales contracts and maintain proper documentation

Generate sales reports and presentations

Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities

Support the team in meeting sales targets and objectives

Handle client follow-ups and maintain relationships

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales coordination or similar role

Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite

Experience with hotel property management systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices

Desired Skills & Attributes

Previous experience in luxury hotel brands

Knowledge of local market and business culture

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required

Multi-tasking capabilities

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Team player with positive attitude

Professional appearance and demeanor

Customer service oriented

Technical Skills

Proficiency in sales and catering software

Experience with CRM systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Knowledge of revenue management principles
