We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Client Relationship Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Lead Management: Generate leads and efficiently manage the sales process from initiation to closure.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Client Meetings: Conduct client meetings, both digitally and physically, to present proposals and close deals.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve collective goals.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management within the digital marketing industry.

Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet sales targets and retain clients.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Language: Fluency in English is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 10,000 per month + Commission.

Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses.

Visa: Work visa provided post-probation.

Leave: 30 days annual leave.
