Etoile Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Attendant to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Attendant will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. The role involves maintaining high standards in item display, shop cleanliness, and stock organization. The ideal candidate should be adept at using sales systems and managing an active customer database to meet sales targets and deliver continuous value.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets using advanced sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge.

Focus on enhancing UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value) metrics.

Customer Service:

Build and nurture customer relationships to foster strong loyalty.

Engage with customers to assess their needs and strive to exceed their expectations.

Merchandising:

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, including cleanliness, display quality, and stock rotation.

Implement merchandising strategies in line with the brand’s guidelines.

Additional Duties:

Participate in cleaning, stock preparation, and inventory processes.

Monitor customer movement within the store and prevent theft or violations.

Acquire in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer awareness and monitor inventory levels.

Build and maintain a personal client database, ensuring up-to-date records.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience:

Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail is required.

Skills and Attitude:

Self-driven and takes ownership of tasks.

Detail-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Clear and precise communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Basic understanding of sales principles, merchandising, gift wrapping, and cash handling.

Awareness of current fashion trends.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Availability:

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
