About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join a leading retail company in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.

Promote and sell products by highlighting features, benefits, and value to customers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate billing.

Assist in stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Follow company guidelines for customer service, safety, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Strong communication skills in English (ability to speak additional languages is a plus).

Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
