About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading retailer in Dubai, has 7 immediate openings for Sales Associates across their Dubai store locations. This is an urgent hiring situation with preference given to candidates who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create positive shopping experiences

Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers with selection

Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling

Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation

Manage inventory and stock replenishment

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience (Fashion & Apparel retail experience preferred)

Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards

Strong verbal communication skills with diverse customer demographics

Customer-focused mindset with ability to build rapport quickly

Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with store operations

Available for immediate start

Work Schedule

Full-time position with retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Flexibility to work varying shifts based on store needs
