Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated Sales Associates with deep knowledge of gold and jewelry to provide exceptional service to our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will combine product expertise with superior sales skills to create memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation to customers on gold and jewelry selections

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Demonstrate detailed product knowledge about different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals

Handle high-value merchandise with appropriate care and security awareness

Maintain pristine product displays and showroom presentation

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Keep up-to-date with jewelry trends and market prices

Assist in inventory management and stock taking

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury jewelry sales (minimum 2-3 years)

In-depth knowledge of gold, precious stones, and jewelry

Strong understanding of current market trends in the jewelry industry

Experience in handling high-value transactions

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Basic computer literacy for POS systems

Available to work retail hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

GIA certification or similar professional jewelry qualifications

Experience in luxury retail environment

Knowledge of regional jewelry preferences and traditions

Understanding of hallmarking and quality certifications

Experience with CRM systems
