About the Role:

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. This is a commission-based role offering the potential to earn between BD 200 – BD 800 per month, based on performance. Candidates must be residents of Bahrain and possess strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales success and achieve targets in a commission-based environment.

Connect with customers, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.

Work independently to manage sales and customer interactions.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Handle objections effectively and persistently to close sales.

Requirements:

Residency: Must be based in Bahrain.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary:

Commission-based, earning potential between BD 200 – BD 800 per month.
