Al Qahtani Pipe Coating Industries (AQPCI) is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team. This role involves driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote AQPCI's travel services and increase market share. The successful candidate must be currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama and have at least 5 years of experience working in a tours and travel agency.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business partnerships.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel packages and services using both online and offline channels.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.

Performance Analysis:

Conduct regular sales and marketing performance analysis and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the travel or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the travel sector.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to create impactful campaigns and measure performance.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Other:

Must have a transferable Iqama and be currently located in Saudi Arabia.

Salary:

SAR 4,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Additional Benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation.
