Job Description

Role Overview – Azalea Pharma LLC is hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished sales and marketing professionals with strong client relationship expertise, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth effectively, develop marketing strategies, build client relationships, achieve targets, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic pharmaceutical organization.

Sales Target Achievement – You will achieve sales targets by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, pursuing leads, and closing deals. You will work toward established sales objectives and drive revenue growth. You should focus on target attainment consistently.

Market Development and Growth – You will drive market development by identifying opportunities, exploring markets, expanding customer base, and supporting business growth. You will pursue expansion opportunities and develop new business. You should pursue growth initiatives.

Client Relationship Development – You will build client relationships by understanding needs, providing solutions, maintaining contact, and supporting satisfaction. You will develop strong partnerships supporting repeat business and loyalty. You should build relationships strategically.

Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation – You will prospect for new business by identifying opportunities, researching prospects, and generating qualified leads. You will build sales pipelines and support business development. You should identify growth opportunities actively.

Pharmaceutical Product Knowledge – You will develop comprehensive pharmaceutical product knowledge by learning offerings, understanding mechanisms, clinical benefits, and competitive positioning. You will speak knowledgeably about products and their benefits. You should master product knowledge.

Client Needs Analysis – You will analyze client needs by conducting discovery, understanding requirements, and identifying appropriate solutions. You will develop customized approaches addressing healthcare challenges. You should understand client needs comprehensively.

Solution Development and Presentation – You will develop solutions by creating proposals, presenting offerings, addressing concerns, and demonstrating value. You will present compelling pharmaceutical value propositions. You should develop effective sales presentations.

Sales Negotiation – You will negotiate with clients by discussing terms, addressing objections, managing pricing, and reaching agreement. You will balance client needs with company objectives. You should negotiate effectively.
