Job Overview:

Ocean Events is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales and marketing efforts for the company’s events business, developing strategies to attract potential clients and customers, and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote Ocean Events’ services and events.

Identify and target key markets, industry sectors, and potential clients to expand the company’s client base.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and engagement.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute various marketing campaigns, utilizing digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales and ensure customer retention.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Utilize findings to refine marketing strategies and identify potential growth areas.

Reporting & Budgeting:

Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports, including forecasts and budgets, to the management team.

Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.

Innovate new approaches to reach potential clients and customers effectively.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

An MBA is considered a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the events industry or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills:

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements:

Fluency in English.

A UAE driving license is considered a plus.
