Job Summary:

Restore Talent is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to effectively promote our products/services and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.

Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, PPC) effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance brand positioning through consistent messaging and visual identity.

Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and corporate objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI.

Present findings and updates to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Female

UAE driver’s license

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).

Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role.

Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Team player with strong leadership qualities and a customer-centric approach.

Salary:

AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
