Position Overview:

Futurise Institute is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should be on a dependent visa, residing in Dubai, and have a strong background in sales and marketing within the professional training and coaching industry. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to promote services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.

Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing materials and content.

Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the institute.

Candidate Profile:

candidate on dependent visa residing in Dubai.

3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the professional training and coaching industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM systems and marketing tools.
