Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals with proven B2B outdoor sales experience to take their careers to the next level. Location and Compensation

The position is based in Ras Al Khaimah, offering a competitive salary of up to AED 5,500, along with a traveling allowance of AED 1,200 and an attractive commission structure. This role is perfect for driven sales professionals who thrive on fieldwork and customer engagement while reaping the benefits of a performance-based compensation plan.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 2 years of outdoor B2B sales experience within the UAE, specifically with exposure to the RAK market. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, as the role involves regular field visits and on-the-ground client interactions. Experience in any industry will be considered, provided the candidate has solid B2B sales exposure and market familiarity.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Ambassador, your core responsibility is to increase sales volume and revenue while expanding the customer base in the assigned sales area. You will be expected to actively engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and promote the company’s services through strategic presentations and demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients is central to this role. You will act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet their business requirements. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction will directly contribute to your sales success.

Collaboration and Reporting

The Sales Ambassador will work closely with the Lead - Territory Sales to ensure targets are met and sales strategies are effectively executed. Regular reporting is expected, including progress updates, sales performance insights, and identifying challenges along with actionable solutions. Your ability to collaborate and communicate clearly will play a key role in your success.
