About the Position

Property Shop Investment is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the UAE real estate market with comprehensive training and competitive commission structure. European and Chinese language speakers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial properties

Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process

Stay updated on market trends and property availability in Abu Dhabi

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Prepare and process sales documentation according to UAE regulations

Participate in marketing activities and networking events

Collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in English plus European language(s) or Chinese (preferred)

Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Valid UAE driving license is a plus
