Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, property sales, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into sales
Client Relations and Sales
Guide clients through the entire property transaction process
Conduct property viewings and presentations
Provide comprehensive market analysis and property valuations
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
Market Analysis and Property Management
Monitor local real estate market trends and property values
Maintain detailed knowledge of property listings and availability
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Keep updated on industry regulations and best practices
Documentation and Administration
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records
Handle necessary paperwork for property transactions
Document client interactions and follow-ups
Track and report sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven sales experience (real estate experience is highly advantageous)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
Additional language skills (French, Spanish, or Russian)
Prior experience in UAE real estate market
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
Experience with CRM systems and real estate software
Existing network of real estate contacts
