About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and growth objectives through direct client engagement and relationship building

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research to expand our client base

Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline developments in our CRM system

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in a similar role

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic language skills are highly advantageous)

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios

Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within Abu Dhabi

Preferred Skills

Experience in the UAE market with established business networks

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
