Sales Administrator

Sales Administrative Support – You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by managing documentation, processing sales records, coordinating paperwork, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth administrative operations that enable sales professionals to focus on client relationships and revenue generation.

Documentation Management – You will manage sales documentation including contracts, agreements, booking forms, payment records, and client files. Proper documentation ensures compliance, supports transaction processing, and maintains organized records essential for real estate sales operations.

Customer Service Support – You will support customer service by responding to inquiries, coordinating with clients, providing information about properties and processes, following up on leads, and ensuring positive client experiences throughout the sales journey.

Sales Reporting – You will prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, maintain sales databases, generate analytics, and provide management with visibility into sales activities, pipeline status, and team performance.

Coordination and Communication – You will coordinate between sales teams, clients, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless transaction processing, timely communication, and efficient workflow across all sales-related activities.

Administrative Skills – Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment effectively.

Real Estate Knowledge – Knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation requirements, and property transactions is valuable for understanding the context of administrative work and supporting sales operations effectively.

Communication Skills – Good communication skills are important for interacting with clients, coordinating with team members, and ensuring information flows smoothly across sales and administrative functions.

Software Proficiency – Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and administrative software supports efficient documentation, reporting, and data management.
