Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Sales Administrators with fluent Portuguese language skills to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative capabilities with excellent communication skills to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team

Process and track sales orders from inception to completion

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Generate and analyze sales reports

Handle customer inquiries in Portuguese and English

Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues

Manage sales team calendars and scheduling

Update and maintain CRM database

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken)

Previous experience in sales administration or similar support roles

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with CRM systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Professional communication abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in international business communication

Knowledge of additional languages

Background in sales operations

Experience with data analysis and reporting
