Job Description

Job Overview:

EmiraTalent is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the founder of an emerging high-end real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operational efficiency and supporting the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company founder

Manage daily sales administrative tasks and documentation

Coordinate communication between clients, developers, and internal teams

Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and correspondence

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements

Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials

Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Handle incoming inquiries and provide initial client support

Support sales team in tracking and managing sales leads

Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of all sales activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in a PA/Admin role, preferably in real estate

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication abilities in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

Customer service-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of real estate sales processes

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM software

Knowledge of Dubai real estate market

Bilingual capabilities

Basic sales support experience
