Client Inquiry & Booking Coordination: The Sales & Admin Coordinator will handle incoming client inquiries, respond promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and manage bookings efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests under pressure.

Administrative & Operational Support: The candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, including maintaining records, updating booking systems, and coordinating with drivers and operations teams. A well-organized approach is essential to ensure smooth business operations.

Sales Support & Customer Engagement: The role involves assisting the sales team with follow-ups, preparing quotations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional tone are necessary to maintain premium client relationships.

System & Tool Management: The Sales & Admin Coordinator will use MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and booking tools to manage data, track bookings, and generate reports. Familiarity with these tools ensures accuracy and efficiency in operations.

Knowledge of Locations & Logistics: The candidate should have knowledge of Dubai locations, airports, and hotels to facilitate seamless client coordination and optimize scheduling for transport services.

Problem Solving & Multitasking: Handling unexpected changes, rescheduling bookings, and addressing client concerns promptly are key responsibilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is crucial.
