Client Engagement and Sales Support: As a Sales & Admin Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing client inquiries, handling bookings, and maintaining a polished communication tone through phone, email, and WhatsApp. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct interaction with clients and can confidently represent the company in all customer-facing communications.

Operational Coordination: This role involves ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, reservations, and operations departments. You will be tasked with monitoring booking schedules, updating client requests, and guaranteeing that service standards meet the company’s premium reputation. Being detail-oriented and responsive will be critical in maintaining operational efficiency.

Administrative Responsibilities: The position also carries a strong administrative component, including the management of records, preparation of reports, and coordination with internal stakeholders. You will handle documentation for bookings, follow up on client requests, and ensure all data is maintained accurately within the company’s systems.

Technology and Tools: The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or booking systems. Knowledge of Dubai’s airports, hotels, and locations will also add significant value.
