Fleet Management Systems and Technologies (FMS Tech.) is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative and sales support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and handling office documentation.

Provide support to finance and operations departments as needed.

Manage and organize workshop filing and documentation.

Sales & Customer Support:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.

Handle customer support tasks, including managing customer inquiries, support tickets, and reporting.

Enter data into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.

Maintain a good understanding of FMS Tech.'s products to provide informed customer support.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

Prior 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in customer support and managing customer care tasks.

Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Proficiency in English is required.

Experience in ERP systems is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Male candidates are preferred, with a preference for Filipino nationals.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
