Roles & Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and achieve targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.

Networking:

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the IT sector.

Proven track record of success in sales account management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.

Fluency in English is preferred.
