Site Safety Monitoring: You will conduct routine inspections across all project areas to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and potential risks. By providing corrective actions and recommendations, you will ensure safe operations for all site personnel and contractors.

Accident Prevention and Investigation: The Safety Engineer will play a key role in accident prevention by analyzing high-risk activities, preparing risk assessments, and ensuring that safety measures are implemented before works commence. In case of incidents, you will investigate, prepare detailed reports, and propose preventive strategies.

Training and Awareness: You will organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for workers and supervisors. By educating staff on best practices, mergency procedures, and use of protective equipment, you will promote a strong safety culture across the project.

Coordination with Project Teams: The role requires close collaboration with engineers, inspectors, and site supervisors to integrate safety measures into daily operations. You will participate in site meetings and advise management on compliance requirements and safety performance.

Documentation and Compliance: You will maintain accurate safety records, audit reports, and inspection checklists. Compliance with ISO standards and client safety requirements will be a core part of your role, ensuring that documentation is always up to date.
