Project Leadership and Oversight: As the Project Manager for Landscape Execution, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of landscape construction projects, from initiation through execution and final handover. You’ll play a critical role in translating design blueprints into high-quality, on-ground deliverables. Strong leadership is expected to drive the team and contractors to meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Technical Supervision and Site Execution: You will be directly responsible for monitoring all on-site construction activities including soft and hard landscaping works. This includes daily supervision, quality checks, progress monitoring, and resolving any technical issues. You'll ensure all execution aligns with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Budget Planning and Cost Management: One of your core responsibilities will be managing the project budget. This includes accurate estimation, tracking expenses, and negotiating with vendors to ensure the project remains financially viable without compromising on quality. You must have a strong grasp of cost control techniques and experience in managing large-scale budgets.

Team Management and Coordination: You will lead multidisciplinary site teams, assign responsibilities, and manage their day-to-day activities. This includes motivating the team, ensuring adherence to schedules, resolving disputes, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Your ability to guide junior engineers and subcontractors will be crucial.

Vendor and Subcontractor Liaison: Managing relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors is key to this role. You will be responsible for evaluating vendor performance, coordinating procurement schedules, and ensuring that subcontractors meet contractual obligations in terms of quality and deadlines.

Client Communication and Reporting: You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the execution phase. You’ll provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure that their vision is fully realized on site. Your communication skills will be essential for presenting reports, milestones, and changes in project plans clearly and effectively.
