About the Role:

Al Madina Supermarket seeks an experienced Roastery Specialist to join our fresh foods department. This hands-on position requires expertise in coffee roasting and preparation to maintain our high-quality standards in a busy retail environment.

Production Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee daily roasting operations, ensuring optimal flavor profiles and freshness. Your role includes monitoring roasting equipment, maintaining inventory, and implementing quality control measures for our premium coffee selections.

Retail Operations:

You will engage customers with product knowledge, demonstrating proper brewing techniques and suggesting complementary items. Your ability to create an inviting coffee experience will enhance our in-store customer journey.

Candidate Profile:

We require 1+ years of supermarket/hypermarket food service experience, preferably in specialty coffee operations. Candidates must be physically present in UAE on visit/cancelled visa for immediate hiring.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of commercial roasting equipment and coffee bean varieties is essential. Your ability to maintain cleanliness standards while meeting production targets will be key to success.
