Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Wealth Management within the BFSI industry in the UAE, specializing in managing a book of HNW (High Net Worth) clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance Wealth Management balance sheet sales/revenues and promote cross-selling of bank products to existing clients.

Source new business opportunities from HNW clients through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.

Ensure clients are informed about all financial services offered by the bank.

Achieve financial goals set by the business through annual and monthly financial targets.

Engage with clients on a daily basis, managing relationships effectively.

Business Development:

Focus on developing business across liabilities, assets, and fee structures to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues, and client retention.

Develop outbound and inbound sales plans to attract new HNW clients and expand the customer base.

Conduct risk profiling of all assigned clients and recommend suitable investment products based on client risk profiles.

Maintain continuous client communication by updating contact details and engaging in regular calls (weekly/monthly) with all mapped clients.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven track record in Wealth Management with 2-3 years of experience in the UAE BFSI sector.

Strong sales and relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Knowledgeable about financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
