Duties & Responsibilities:

Enhance Wealth Management balance sheet sales/revenues and promote cross-selling of bank products to existing high-net-worth (HNW) clients.

Source new business from HNW clients through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.

Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.

Achieve financial goals set by the business through monthly and annual targets.

Interface and engage with clients on a day-to-day basis, providing personalized service.

Focus on business development across liabilities, assets, and fees to achieve growth in relationship value and revenues.

Develop outbound and inbound sales plans to acquire new HNW clients and expand the customer base.

Conduct risk profiling of clients and recommend investment products aligned with their risk profiles.

Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly/monthly calls and updates of contact details in systems.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Wealth Management position within the BFSI industry in the UAE, managing a book of HNW clients.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

Proven track record in wealth management with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

Strong understanding of financial products and services offered by banks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and financial goals.

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct client risk profiling.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
