Job Description

RecruitMe FZE, an international consulting firm, is seeking a skilled RFP/Company Registration Specialist to lead and manage the company registration process on clients' portals and handle the RFP process for clients in KSA and UAE. This role is crucial for maintaining company credentials and supporting the RFP team in bid management and proposal responses.

Key Responsibilities

Company Registration Management:

Lead the registration process on clients' portals, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation to clients and relevant authorities.

Maintain active company credentials by anticipating and providing required documentation for registration renewals, such as financial and legal documents.

Point of Contact:

Serve as the first point of contact for all registration queries, providing timely support and guidance in completing documentation and forms.

Internal Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (office managers, legal, finance, HR) to complete and submit necessary documents.

External Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with clients' procurement teams and government agencies involved in the registration process.

Documentation and Tracking:

Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all company registrations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Provide support to the RFP team on supplier registration lists and ad-hoc requests.

RFP Management:

Scan public RFPs and RFIs, coordinate with partners for timely decision-making, and prepare responses to company qualification requests.

Collaborate with partners and engagement teams to develop strategies for each RFP, and handle service requests about opportunities and RFPs.

Coordinate logistics support and finance functions for RFP procurement, packaging, and delivery.

Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding requests, and build automated dashboards for reporting and insights.

Requirements

Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in company registration, RFPs, proposal management, or business development within a consulting or professional services environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and Suite productivity tools (Drive, G-Suite, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality work.

Service-oriented attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
