About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Revenue Manager to optimize our revenue performance through effective pricing strategies and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and understanding of hospitality revenue management principles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement revenue management strategies

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape

Forecast demand and optimize pricing

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators

Manage inventory distribution across all channels

Create and maintain revenue management reports

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams

Identify revenue opportunities and challenges

Develop promotional strategies to maximize revenue

Monitor and analyze channel performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Experience with revenue management systems

Understanding of distribution channels and OTAs
