About the Opportunity:

Golden Tulip Sharjah seeks an analytical and results-driven Revenue Executive to optimize our hotel's financial performance. This critical role requires strategic pricing expertise to maximize room revenue across all distribution channels while maintaining competitive positioning in Sharjah's hospitality market.

Revenue Management Focus:

The selected candidate will implement dynamic pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor rates to develop data-driven recommendations. Your expertise will directly influence occupancy forecasts, inventory allocation, and promotional campaign effectiveness through continuous performance evaluation.

Operational Responsibilities:

Daily tasks include managing rate structures across OTAs and direct channels, preparing detailed revenue reports, and collaborating with sales and reservations teams to implement tactical adjustments. You will utilize property management and revenue systems to identify revenue opportunities while minimizing leakage.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess at least two years of progressive revenue management experience within 4-star or 5-star hotel properties in the UAE. Demonstrated success in improving RevPAR through strategic pricing initiatives is essential for consideration.

Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in hotel revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and business intelligence tools is mandatory. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and the ability to interpret complex market reports are fundamental requirements.

Performance Expectations:

The Revenue Executive will be evaluated on measurable RevPAR growth, optimal distribution channel mix, and accuracy of forecasting models. Success requires balancing short-term tactical decisions with long-term strategic planning.
