Company Overview:

A leading hospitality organization is seeking a skilled and strategic Revenue Analyst to join their dynamic team, contributing to the organization's financial performance and strategic revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management and Analysis

Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to optimize revenue strategies

Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasting models

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across different revenue streams

Prepare sophisticated financial reports and presentations for senior management

Monitor market trends and competitive pricing strategies

Utilize advanced analytical tools to generate insights and recommendations

Strategic Planning

Support revenue optimization initiatives

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency

Develop pricing strategies based on market research and historical data

Create comprehensive performance reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Advanced certification in Revenue Management is preferred

Professional Experience

Proven experience in revenue analysis, preferably in hospitality or service industry

Strong analytical and statistical skills

Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills

Technical Skills

Expertise in revenue management software

Advanced data analytics capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of financial reporting principles
