Position Overview:

Bafleh Jewellery is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about the luxury goods and jewelry industry and eager to start their careers. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

2. Sales Support:

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Assist with the preparation of sales reports and other documentation.

Help manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.

3. Store Operations:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail space.

Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

4. Administrative Duties:

Perform data entry and manage customer records.

Assist with the preparation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

5. Training and Development:

Participate in training programs to gain knowledge about products and services.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Contribute to team meetings and share insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
