Customer Engagement & Service: As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Your approach should be friendly, professional, and helpful.

Sales Performance: Achieving sales targets will be a core part of your responsibilities. You’ll be expected to upsell, cross-sell, and suggest complementary products to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of our products is essential. You’ll be trained to know every detail so you can confidently advise customers, answer questions, and demonstrate value.

Store Maintenance: You will also play a role in maintaining the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing is key to enhancing the customer experience.

Inventory Coordination: Assist in managing inventory levels by keeping track of stock, reporting shortages, and helping with stock replenishment. Your accuracy and attentiveness will support smooth operations.
