Work Timings: Anytime between 10 AM – 10 PM, 5 working days per week

Job Description

Adecco is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join a client in the computers and electronics manufacturing sector. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. As the first point of contact in the store, you will guide customers through their purchases and assist with various store functions. The role also includes maintaining visual merchandising and supporting team members.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide informed solutions.

Guide customers through their product selection, purchase, and setup.

Sales and Support:

Advise on products, demonstrate features, and assist with sales transactions.

Set up new products and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Store Management:

Maintain visual merchandising standards.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest products and industry trends.

Apply product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

Performance Metrics:

Contribute to the overall store performance through individual and team productivity.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to interact with individuals and groups.

Strong communication skills and the ability to create an inclusive environment.

Additional Requirements:
