Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Associate

Primary Purpose:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service. Utilizing your selling skills and service training, you will meet or exceed store sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will represent Manto Bride to consumers, act as an ambassador of the brand, and ensure customer needs are consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Achieve store sales and productivity goals.
Deliver service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Represent Manto Bride to the consumer and act as an ambassador of the brand.
Utilize selling skills and service training to drive sales.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
Passion for the retail and service industry.
Previous retail experience (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position).
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian and Arabic is a plus.
