Job Description

Innovation Direct Employment Services is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales or customer service and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Sales Achievement:

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and meet individual and team sales targets.

Utilize sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Adherence to Policies:

Follow company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to store standards.

Operational Support:

Assist in restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory levels.

Support the management team with tasks such as opening and closing procedures.

Flexibility:

Adapt to changing customer needs and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
