Job Description

Quest Search & Selection is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead and execute training strategies in Dubai, focusing on the retail sector. This role requires collaboration with business leaders to identify and address training needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

Develop and implement tailored training programs for the retail sector.

Oversee onboarding, workshops, and ongoing staff development initiatives.

Effectiveness & Management:

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

Manage training budgets and make adjustments as necessary.

Training Delivery:

Conduct key training sessions and support HR initiatives to enhance staff performance and development.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in training roles within retail, aviation, hospitality, or service sectors.

Strong understanding of luxury retail markets.

Skills:

Proficiency in modern training methods and Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Salary:

AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
