Responsibilities:

- Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to clients.

- Provide expert advice on product selection and styling to reflect the brand’s luxurious image.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

- Stay updated on the latest product lines, trends, and brand history to offer knowledgeable insights.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.

- Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Manage customer complaints, seek assistance, and resolve issues to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.

- Previous experience in luxury retail is highly preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate client needs.

- Valid driver’s license.
