Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Banking Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives focusing on personal loans and credit cards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 12-15 Sales Executives in retail banking products

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets for personal loans and credit cards

Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide regular feedback

Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Identify and pursue business development opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business partnerships

Handle escalated customer queries and complex sales situations

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Implement best practices in sales techniques and customer service

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in UAE banking sales

Proven track record in team leadership and sales management

Strong understanding of retail banking products, especially personal loans and credit cards

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements

Valid UAE work experience in banking sector
