Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team at The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming visitors, providing detailed information about our products and services, and addressing any inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise. You will also ensure the store is well-organized, assist with transactions at the cash desk, and maintain a deep understanding of our merchandise to help customers make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Offer accurate and insightful information about products, promotions, and store initiatives.

Assist customers with their purchases and provide recommendations based on their needs.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all merchandise, collections, and store policies.

Ensure a seamless and enjoyable checkout experience at the cash desk.

Keep the store tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold exceptional service standards.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak hours as needed.
