Key Responsibilities:

As the Resubmission Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the resubmission of insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Your primary duties will include reviewing denied claims, identifying errors, and preparing accurate resubmissions. You will collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve claim issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on claim statuses.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, preferably in a healthcare setting, is required. Strong knowledge of medical coding, insurance policies, and regulatory guidelines is essential. Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office is a must.
